WHO IS JESUS?

If you clicked on this link, don't go anywhere! I am about to share the greatest news with you that you could ever possibly hear.

God has a purpose and a plan for your life and it is for a "future and a hope, for goodness and not evil". It is a plan of abundant life, peace and joy!

It all starts with knowing that Jesus came to earth approximately 2000 years ago.  He did it for you! Jesus said there is no greater love then this: "that a man lay down his life, for his friend".  Well, God laid down his life for you in the form of Jesus Christ!  He became a man and experienced everything that we do.  He walked the earth as the Son of God and died on the cross so your sins might be forgiven.

Jesus knows that life isn't always easy, but he lived a life of faith.  He healed the sick, encouraged the broken hearted, set people free from worry, depression and fear.  That is why he came!  To bless us!  To bless you!

It says in the Gospel of John that Jesus came not to condemn us but to save us (John 3:17).

He came that we might have life and that more abundantly (John 10:10).

He said that all those who believe on his name shall be saved.

That is an open invitation to all.  If you receive that invitation of Jesus Christ and believe on his name you will have access to all the promises of God.  The following Scripture from the book of Romans talks about how you can receive this gift of salvation.  If you believe in your heart that Jesus died on the cross for your sin and that God raised him from the dead, then confess it with your mouth, you shall be saved.

Romans 10:8-13

"The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart" (that is, the word of faith which we preach): 9that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11For the Scripture says, "Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame." 12For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. 13For "whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved."
